FIghting Rules

These are the rules for fighting. Please read them before getting into a fight with another cat.

1.) No power playing at all unless given ooc permission.

a.) The deffinition of power play: To control the actions of another persons cat.

b.) Example: Thornpelt hissed and lunged forward, landing on Brambletails exposed belly. Using his sharp claws he tore out the other cats stomach, and killed him.

This leaves Brambletail's player no way to save his/her cat from death. Although most cases are more subtle than that, this get the message accross.

2.) Don't skip turns. It is very unfair to a person. This applies to three or more cat fights, but still, keep it in mind.

a.) Example: p1: Thornpelt lunged forward, hoping to land on his opponents exposed belly. He want to try to kill the cat, Brambletail had vexed him too many times.
p2: Brambletail doged just in time to keep from being injured badly. Although the sharp claws of Thornpelt had injured his back. "Yarrowclaw, help!" Brambletail called to his Clan-mate.
p1: Thornpelt lunged again, hoping to injure his enemy before Yarrowclaw could act.

Yarrowclaw's turn was skipped, making it impossibly to come to the aid of his friend.

3.) Don't always dodge, cat's fight, not attack and dodge. Be realistic here.

a.) Dodge: To move away with light harm or none, being uscathed from an attack.

b.) p2: Brambletail launched his furry body in an attack to Thorntail's side. He hoped to bring his claws down the tan cat-s side and thusly injure him.
p1: Thornpelt easily dodged the attack, avoiding certain pain. He waited for Brabletail to attack again.
p2: Brambletail tried again, this time going for Thornpelt's face. Leaping forward to try to slash the other tom's tender nose.
p1: Once again Thornpelt easily avoided the attack. He smiled in satisfaction at how the fight was seeming to favor him.

You see, this just isn't fair. Please, be realistic here.

Well, that's all for now, if I add more I'll send a PM to every one so that they know to come back and check it out again.
